The Portfolio Trading desk provides single security and portfolio liquidity to Jefferies Investment Grade and High Yield clients. The group uses its significant market share in bond ETFs to drive liquidity across numerous electronic platforms and venues. Our proprietary algorithms allow us to stream prices to clients, respond to electronic inquiries and price large portfolios of risk of varying size.

Strategy

As part of an integrated platform, Strategists deliver tailored and customized service, including facilitating direct and indirect access to issuers and institutional investors around the globe while working closely with Jefferies sales and trading teams. Both product-focused and cross-asset Strategists provide in-depth and relative-value analysis in a variety of market conditions.

The Strategists look to add value to clients by providing relevant and timely analysis and commentary, particularly seeking early identification of market opportunities or highlighting market reaction or overreaction to current developments.
